Pipe and tube welding system consists of FXT40 Pro  welding power source and open welding head. This welding gun is suitable for general form pipe to pipe automated welding. There are two options: self melting or wire filling. Mainly used in chemical, food,engineering installation, boilers, or ship nuclear power, etc..The FXT40 Pro inverter welding power supply consists of a PLC control system, an imported 400 inverter core, and a cooling water tank. Product introduction

The FXT40 Pro inverter welding power supply consists of a PLC control system, an imported 400 inverter core, and a cooling water tank. The equipment is progressiveness, digital, easy to operate and reliable.

The equipment adopts Siemens PLC control platform, designed specifically for industry, to monitor various output and sampling signals with high resolution.
Chinese interface, only basic welding skills are required to be competent in operation, without the need for specialized personnel.
The programming interface is user-friendly, just like operating a mobile phone. You can input the desired parameter size by entering numbers.
Real time display of welding voltage, welding current, walking distance/degree, and control of welding stroke to achieve automatic
attenuation.
Accurately set the distance between the tungsten electrode and the workpiece, raise the tungsten electrode to the set value after touching the workpiece, and achieve high-frequency arc ignition.
Automatic fault diagnosis function, displaying error codes.
Modular design for easy maintenance and upkeep.
Comes with expert parameters and can store up to 50 programs.
