CM系列采用行星式冷切割技术:管道夹紧固定在机器中,刀片绕管道外径轨道旋转。与角磨机或砂轮切割机不同,行星式切割受几何约束——切割路径精确沿管道圆周运行,无论操作者技能水平如何,均可产生方正的端面和一致的垂直度。无热量输入,无热影响区(HAZ),无管端几何热变形。
在密封腔轨道焊接(FXT20+C系列)中,端面质量是最主要的上游变量。不方正或有毛刺的管端会产生不均匀的装配间隙,导致根部不对称、引弧失败和薄壁管烧穿。CM3是半导体EP管道、制药WFI系统和食品饮料卫生管线在进行FXT20轨道焊接前的标准管道准备工具。较大型的CM8和CM12服务于石化碳钢及船舶铜管和塑料管道。
