Application boundaries to confirm before quoting.

FXT20 is not for: wall > 3 mm (use FXT40 Pro); pipe OD > 168 mm (FXT40 Pro or large-diameter platforms); aluminum (needs AC); copper (different parameter regime); outdoor with wind > 2 m/s (argon shielding may be unstable); thick-wall multi-pass fill (single-pass only).

FXT40 Pro is not for: wall > 13 mm (consider track-type MIG/MAG for efficiency); pipe OD < 20 mm (use FXT20 or M12); aluminum, copper in standard configuration, or no-groove thick-wall pipe; 6G (45 deg inclined fixed pipe) without project-specific procedure qualification.

M12 is not for: tube OD > 12 mm (use FXT20); production line throughput (engineered for lab and small-batch); welds requiring > 30 A average current.

FOS50 is not for: workpieces > 200 kg or > 600 mm length (capacity limit); orbital welding around fixed pipe (this is the inverse - workpiece rotates); aluminum, copper.

FXT20不适用于:壁厚>3 mm(改用FXT40 Pro);管道外径>168 mm(FXT40 Pro或大径平台);铝材(需交流);铜材(参数体系不同);风速>2 m/s户外(氩气保护可能不稳定);需多层填充的厚壁管(仅适用单层焊接)。

FXT40 Pro不适用于:壁厚>13 mm(考虑履带式MIG/MAG效率更高);管道外径<20 mm(改用FXT20或M12);标准配置下的铝材、铜材或无坡口厚壁管;6G(45°斜固定管)在没有项目专属程序评定的情况下。

M12不适用于:管道外径>12 mm(改用FXT20);生产线批量产出(专为实验室和小批量设计);需要平均电流>30 A的焊接。

FOS50不适用于:工件>200 kg或长度>600 mm(容量限制);绕固定管道的轨道焊接(FOS50是反向——工件旋转);铝材、铜材。
