FYID-Feiyide is a precision-equipment manufacturer focused exclusively on orbital TIG welding systems. We engineer the power sources, weld heads, and control logic for fabrication shops that can't afford a failed joint.

01 / Engineering note

I watched a senior welding engineer spend forty minutes on a phone call advising a Malaysian fabrication team on a 219 mm 316L pipe. Materials, current, gas, position, fit-up tolerance - every parameter he gave them was from memory. None of it was written anywhere their junior operator could find at 2 a.m.

That gap - between what a WPS says and what an experienced process engineer actually knows - is the common source of rework in critical piping. It's also why orbital welding equipment alone doesn't solve the problem. You ship the machine, and the senior engineer is still the bottleneck.

FYID exists to close that loop. Our main orbital systems use recipe storage, configured weld records, and documented process guidance based on customer application work. The goal is practical: an operator should have documented parameters, traceable records, and repeatable setup guidance instead of relying only on a senior engineer by phone.

We're a young company doing this work. We're also a focused one - we don't make general-purpose welders, we don't make consumer products, and we don't ship anything that hasn't passed our production burn-in process. Five engineering decisions that shaped where we are.

2018

FXT-Series miniaturization R&D begins.

Legacy industrial TIG power sources weighed 40+ kg and lived on a rolling cart. We started prototyping a digital power source that could fit on top of a server rack - the design constraint was the AI data center, before the AI data center was a market.

2020

First C-series closed-chamber heads ship to a Chinese semiconductor fab.

Closed-chamber heads for 3.175 mm to 25.4 mm OD, developed for UHP gas distribution projects with SEMI F20-type inner-bead expectations. Customer results vary by site, material, inspection plan, and operator discipline.

2022

Program library reaches 200 entries.

Indexed by material, diameter, wall thickness, joint position, shielding gas, and process notes. The library gives operators a controlled starting point; final parameters still follow the customer WPS and qualification plan.

2024

FXT20 launches as a compact digital power source.

A fully digital pulse-controlled power source the size of a desktop tower. AI data center liquid cooling and semiconductor cleanroom retrofits become viable in-place.

2026

PT-series tube-to-tubesheet head ships globally; deployment crosses 50 countries.

Heat exchanger fabricators use the PT-series on repetitive 16-38 mm OD tube-to-tubesheet work where repeatability, positioning, and inspection records decide the job outcome. The library and the data logging are now part of the product value.

03 / Manufacturing

A vertically integrated facility in Huanggang, Hubei.

Our manufacturing facility sits in the Huanggang Industrial Zone, on the eastern edge of Hubei province. The site integrates precision CNC machining, controlled assembly practices, and production burn-in checks before shipment.

Vertical integration matters because it keeps engineering, assembly, inspection, and documentation under one roof. Delivery schedules are confirmed by configuration, production load, and logistics instead of being presented as a fixed promise.

Production records are internal quality-record, with burn-in checks, leak tests, and sample weld validation logged against the unit serial number where applicable.

FYID 的存在正是为了弥合这一差距。我们的主力轨道焊接系统采用配方存储、结构化焊接记录与文档化工艺指导,均基于客户应用实践。目标很实际:操作员应能获取文档化参数、可追溯记录与可重复的设置指导,而不只是依赖一位资深工程师的电话支持。

02 / 发展历程

塑造今日的五项关键工程决策。

2018

FXT系列小型化研发启动。

传统工业TIG电源重达40千克以上,需置于移动推车上。我们开始研发一款可放置于服务器机架顶部的数字化电源——这一设计约束来自AI数据中心,而彼时这个市场尚未成形。

2020

首批C系列密封腔焊头交付中国半导体晶圆厂。

适用于3.175 mm至25.4 mm外径的密封腔焊头,专为符合SEMI F20内焊道要求的超高纯气体配送项目开发。客户实际结果因现场条件、材料、检验计划及操作员规范程度而有所不同。

2022

程序参数库达到200条。

按材料、管径、壁厚、焊接位置、保护气体及工艺说明分类索引。该参数库为操作员提供受控的起始点;最终参数仍须遵循客户WPS及焊接资质计划。

2024

FXT20作为紧凑型数字电源正式发布。

一款桌面主机大小的全数字脉冲控制电源。AI数据中心液冷及半导体洁净室改造项目由此可在现有空间内就位施工。

2026

PT系列管板焊头面向全球发货;部署覆盖50余个国家。

热交换器制造商将PT系列用于重复性的16-38 mm外径管板焊接工作,在这类项目中,重复性、定位精度与检验记录决定了项目结果。参数库与数据记录功能现已成为产品价值的组成部分。

03 / 制造

位于湖北黄冈的垂直整合制造基地。

我们的制造工厂坐落于湖北省东部边缘的黄冈工业园区。该基地整合了精密CNC加工、受控装配规程及出货前烧机检验流程。

垂直整合之所以重要,是因为它将工程设计、装配、检验与文档管理集中在同一屋檐下。交货周期以配置、生产负荷与物流安排为准,而非作为固定承诺对外发布。

生产记录为内部质量文件,包括烧机检验、气密测试及样品焊接验证,均与对应设备序列号挂钩(适用情况下)。
