Compare model ranges below, then confirm the joint drawing and current configuration with FYID. Where a value is not listed, contact FYID before selection. K76 has a standard wall range of 2–10 mm; K114, K168, K219 and K325 have a standard wall range of 2–12 mm. K-series configurations can be customized for wall thickness up to 20 mm, subject to technical review of the joint and welding procedure.

Select the external-clamping machine by OD. E denotes the electric model. H1 and H2 are optional hydraulic stations, not additional pipe-diameter models: H1 is selected for the required host, wall and torque; H2 is intended for large configurations of at least 1200 mm, such as YDP1230, subject to technical confirmation. A family maximum is not the wall rating of every machine.

Select ISY from the actual internal clamping diameter and wall. Confirm the bore and the room required for the tool at the end. Do not place these ID ranges in an OD column or assume that a nominal pipe size is the clamping dimension.

The seven plug-in models are PF1, PF1.5, PF2, PF2.5, PF3, PF4.5 and PF6.6. Listed clamp sizes are discrete selections, not a promise of every intermediate size or a complete shipment of every listed clamp. PF4.5 and PF6.6 use customer-selected clamp sizes; their names alone do not establish a verified maximum OD. Confirm material, wall and end-finish requirement with the fixture and blade. Battery configurations require a separate availability check.
